Onboarding lasts up to 4 hours, which can be split into up to 2 sessions of 2 hours, and is charged separately from the plan.

By default, Proton is hosted on Atomic's infrastructure. If your company requires applications to be hosted in its own environment, we can configure and host Proton on your internal infrastructure. It is important that Atomic's technical team has access to the machine that will host Proton and that the equipment meets the minimum requirements necessary to support the application.

No. You can cancel your Proton subscription at any time, provided you give 30 days' notice. If the subscription is annual, the contract value is non-refundable, but the customer can choose not to renew at the end of the period. For Basic and Advanced, typical contracts are annual. For Enterprise, the contract is shaped to the scope and may include extended SLA, dedicated isolated multi-tenant and extended support.

Yes. Additional users and slots can be contracted at any time. Values are shared in the commercial conversation and keep the same structure as the current plan.
